Patna University Changes date of MBA and Other Exam held in April, may 2014 The examinees MBA first semester of Patna University (PU ) again disturbed postgraduate examinations in the center of Patna University on Wednesday . Authorities postponed the examinations scheduled for the day . Examinations in other exam centers of the university, however, passed off peacefully .
Protests against expulsion of 18 examinees MBA first semester and the cancellation of the second round of review was held on March 21 , examinees were demanding the withdrawal of the order of the university. Entered exam rooms and tried to disturb the examinees of all other issues had turned to Patna College to write papers on Wednesday .
Surprisingly , not a single police officer on duty at the examination center to maintain law and order on campus, said the dean of students welfare PU ' KN Paswan . Later, the stirring examinees reached PU office and staged a demonstration in support of their demands . However, there was no official office to hear their demands.
Although the UP had decided to hold the rescheduled from March 24 , April 1 is not known whether the PU authorities would be able to carry it. Now PU should announce new date for holding the rescheduled on Wednesday.
PU sources said it would not be possible to conduct university exams to be held in April, due to the parliamentary elections. The district administration of Patna has already informed the university that four of its colleges - Magadh Mahila College, BN College, College and Patna Patna University Act - would be taken over for the purpose of elections of 5 April until the end of electoral process. Moreover, most of the teachers and non-teaching staff of the university have been assigned election duties .
PU is likely to reschedule their exams all undergraduate and postgraduate courses to be held in April and May. The final decision on the matter is taken after the vice chancellor YC Simhadri return from New Delhi , sources said .
