Association of Professors of the University of Delhi has criticized the letter of the Registrar of the University of Education Minister Manish Sisodia on the nomination of candidates in government managers fully funded by the Government of Delhi colleges organs , saying that arguments lack credibility and are open to manipulation.
Delhi University (AU) has so far not complied with a government order to establish the governing bodies of 15 members for the appointment of assistant teachers in 12 colleges funded by the government. Instead , the university appoints five members of the governing body (GB) , Sisodia sent to the last third of the members shall constitute a quorum week. This means that only five members are sufficient to make an appointment . Expressing concern over the development , DUTA says the letter expresses contempt for the regulatory processes of the university.
